Returns & Exchanges

We value your business and are sincerely committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, just contact us within 30 days after you receive your order by filling out a "Return Authorization Request" (see below for link). Upon receipt of your request, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form which will include the details for returning your purchase. After you receive your RMA, simply return the items to us in the same condition as they were sent to you. When we receive your returned items we will inspect them and then reimburse payment, issue a credit or exchange the item, whichever you prefer.

 

All parts sold by Biker Parts Superstore are sold on an as is basis, the only warranties applying to these parts are those that may be offered by the manufacturer as limited warranties. Not all parts will fit perfect or perform as desired. This is the nature of aftermarket accessories and parts. We get the best product available (based on personal/customer experience, reputation, etc. Biker Parts Superstore hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person(s) to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of these parts. The buyer shall not be entitled to recover from Biker Parts Superstore any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profit, loss of income, any costs of modification/installation, or any other incidental or secondary damages. Parts are aftermarket and are intended for off road use only. Please check your local laws and research the parts you wish to purchase to insure they are the correct items you want to purchase. 

 

We offer only exchanges in the event of defective items. Purchases may be returned for exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days and the following restrictions:

  • All items must be returned in their original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, and hardware with tags still attached. Refund is for the amount of the item only. Shipping & Handling costs are non-refundable. Actual shipping cost will be deducted from refund if free shipping was offered.
  • Clearance Items: These are products that have been discounted due to discontinuation, overstock, or limited promotion. These items are not eligible for refund. Customer may receive store credit if no exchange is available. Customer is responsible for returning products freight pre-paid and must cover return cost of the exchange.
  • Exchanges: You must return the item(s) to bikerpartsuperstore.com first before replacement item(s) will be sent.
  • Products can not show signs of wear or use.
  • No cancellations, returns or exchanges are permitted on special order items or custom order items.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Returns must be returned through a traceable method and insured. If we cannot verify receipt of the product to us, we can't process the return.
  • Exchanges are shipped via a ground method at our discretion unless the customer pays for the difference for expedited shipping. Prior expedited shipping on the original order has no bearing on the second return method of shipping.
  • If we can not get you a suitable replacement for an item returned for exchange within 3 weeks, we will refund your money less shipping costs.

 

WHAT TO INCLUDE & WHERE TO SEND A RETURN:

 

All items MUST be returned to the Returns location specified on the Return Authorization form to insure proper credit unless otherwise specified by the RMA instructions. When you contact us about returning an item, we will send you a detailed Return Merchandise Authorization form with simple instructions for sending your item back, including the address for our Returns Processing facility. This form will need to printed and a copy enclosed with your return which will expedite your exchange or refund.

 

RETURN PACKAGING:

 

When returning an item, please make sure all tags are still attached and include any protective covering, paperwork and the original box that came with the product. Improper packing during shipment can damage items, so please use care when preparing the item for return shipping. Unless it was damaged by the carrier in transit, most items can be returned in the same shipping box in which you received them. Items must be packed in a sturdy outer shipping box. Please do not ship products back in their display/manufacturer's box.

 

EXCHANGE/REFUND PROCESSING:

 

Once we receive the original item back, it will be inspected to insure it is still in new resale-able condition and/or to verify any reported defects. Exchanges are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving the original item back. Refunds are generally processed within five (5) business days. We cannot exchange or issue refunds on items which show obvious signs of wear or are not in the same condition in which they were originally sent to you.
